Because thunder storms are forecast, organizers of the National Democratic Convention have made the decision to hold the President's acceptance speech indoors in Time Warner arena rather than Bank of America stadium as previously planned. The move necessarily will mean that many who had tickets to hear the President won't get to hear him in person--at least at this time. The DNC is promising that all who had credentials will get an opportunity to see the President before the election. A chartered bus intended to take Clevelanders to the event has been cancelled. It's hoped many will attend local "watch" parties for the speech.
