The organization will host the annual state convention of North Carolina Democratic Women Sept. 20-22 at the LeGrand Center in Shelby, first time for the convention in Cleveland County. "We're expecting delegates from all across the state and look forward to showing our Cleveland County hospitality," Ms. Stockton said.
