Cleveland County is about to have a new Board of Elections. The State Board of Elections has appointed two Democratic members (Mary Accor and Ali Paksoy, Jr.) and two Republican members (Allen Langley and Debbie Clary), and Governor Roy Cooper has appointed Democrat Doug Sharp to serve as chairman.

We are extremely proud of the three Democrats who will serve on the Cleveland County Board of Elections.
